Anyone who uses Greasemonkey or Stylish in Firefox, and I suppose scripts in Opera in general, list your favorites!
Hop over to www.userscripts.org and userstyles.org if you're unaware of the sites.
Here's mine:
1) Homestar Runner scripts. Does all kinds of good stuff: http://www.hrwiki.org/index.php/User:Phlip/Greasemonkey
2) Grey Lady Wikipedia. Far cleaner design: http://userstyles.org/styles/1365
3) Firefox Context Menu Minimalism. Holy crap this is useful, it strips out any unusable options in your context menu: http://userstyles.org/styles/5446
4) Google dark grey. Again, easy on the eyes. I use the images version too. http://userstyles.org/styles/1693
5) Google Reader OSX. Just as it sounds. http://userstyles.org/styles/2318
I realize I don't use as many scripts as I used to, which I think I need to fix. What do you use?
