Hey, I'm a student at University of Delaware who has Kubuntu breezy preview and I've been trying to get some new packages (gnome) for a few days, but it would stay at 0% downloaded. I found out that I couldn't get onto ubuntulinux.org or kubuntu.org, and it's not just on my computer. The same thing was happening with computers in the computer lab. Has my campus been blocked or something crazy like that? Some help here please.
