This article contains some subjective judgment that aren't true, like the following.


To add insult to injury, Ubuntu reaping the rewards of the Debian developers and package maintainers without giving anything back ....

Ubuntu devs give back to the Debian community constantly. Most Ubuntu developers are also Debian devs.

I looks to me like a rehashing of slashdot troll remarks without getting the real Ubuntu scoop. Then again, this was published before Shuttleworth's famous wiki post. I'm very glad Mark cleared many of these points up.

Some of the judgements may be subjective, but it's pretty strong in its support all the same. It's a far more positive report than negative and oughtto be seen that way.
