Is anyone shocked? It's been over a year, and Nvidia has yet to deliver high quality graphics drivers for windows. I have had 3 nvidia cards in my primary Vista machine, and none run stable. My backup PC has an ATI HD2400Pro that has been absolutely flawless.

In Nvidia's defense, there are several windows updates that make the drivers perform significantly better, and since the review just says "stock", I wonder if these were installed. More documentation about what was really involved with these tests would be nice.

Isn't it sweet though? I hear Vista people know "driver hell" now too. Yay, we aren't the only ones.

You must refer to the MS apologists to answer your questions. What you have to do is buy bigger, faster hardware with more memory. Problem solved. (that is, you'll almost be running it as fast as the typical high spec XP PC from years ago)
