Does anyone here know of a database containing percentages of Operating Systems used in certain countries?

It's the most used on the web, however the figures are wrong. Linux is currently at about 2-3% not the 0.65% as it states on there.

It doesn't really tell me what country they're used in :-?
I'm really looking for the OS's used in Africa, but by country.
EDIT: I can use a 'Geo-Filter', but I have to pay.
Which I refuse to do.

They reduced it again in the past month. It was up to 0.67% for January 2008, and all the Linux number retroactively dropped (again). February 2008 showed another month-to-month market share increase, but measured at 0.63%.

Odd isn't it?
I am considering asking Google to see if they can release some meaningful data about Operating Systems visiting Google. being as they have 80% of the search market, it means that data from them would be as good as any other!
