I was referred to a post to delete splash from a file when i did this command in terminal
sudo nano /boot/grub/menu.lst
but although I delete I cannot save it as permanent!!
I want to speed up my boot up time overall by half and to ndiswrapper my windows driver for my broadcom wlan bcm94311. At the moment it's running the restricted driver via fwcutter but it's fixed at 24 Mb/s and if I install the windows driver it'll be 54 Mb/s. I have tried the ndiswrapper but to not great success. Any help on these issues appreciated.:(
