PL1 developers - please please

Hello guys, I have been a member of this forum for quite a long time. The reason of these thread is that I work for a major financial institution in Switzerland and we desperately need PL1 developers and i don't know where to find them. I have search everywhere on the net, please, does anybody knows someone with PL1 skills or where to find them? the positions are perm (could be contract if required by the candidate) and salary is really high plus benefits and bonuses.
