[SOLVED] Just topics I have posted in?

OK, I don't know if this has been asked already, or if I'm just completely overlooking something, but please bear with me. I know some other forum sites have a button to click that says something like "view my posts" Where I can keep track of the threads that I have posted in. Is there anyway to do that here besides manually adding each one into subscriptions? Thanks so much for any help!

There is an option for finding all your posts (as well as just threads you have started) in two places:
1) Under the "Search" menu in the top menu bar.
2) On your own profile.

There's also the option to (automatically) add a subscription for each thread you post to.

Dear, dear, Laura, you are just too grateful.

Please don't thank me if this following amplification is any help to you: the userID drop-down menu option is probably the most convenient to use if you wish to monitor new posts or views of threads in which you may have posted. The counts are constantly updated.
