Ubuntulooks is a GTK+ theme engine which was forked from Clearlooks about 2 years ago. As you can see from its Change history (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntulooks), it has hardly been changed for these 2 years. Since then, a lot of bugs have been fixed in Clearlooks which haven't been ported to Ubuntulooks.
I propose that Hardy should just use the Clearlooks engine with brown colours. (Proper theme engines now support colour changing)
I wish I could edit titles.
