I need to use a korean program. But korean alphabet is not available in my wine installation 0.9.54
How can I install some kind of compatibility with complex asian characters?

Thanks!

You need to set the locale to Korean
I myself have no Idea how to do that.

But you can get Korean to show up if you switch the language of ubuntu to Korean

Thanks for the answer, but I don't need my System to be in korean. I just need to have korean alphabet compatibility with my wine apps.

Hello Guys.
I'm still on my way to find out how can I read korean alphabet under wine: (Now RC4). I found some "very old" howto's but they don't work on my current wine...

Anyone can give me a hand with this? I really need to install korean alphabet compatibility on wine.... If I can't I'll have to create a partition and install windows on my laptop... Damn!! Helpppppp!!!

I'd assume it would be similar to installing Korean letter support in Windows... There should be an official Microsoft Language Support Download or something. Also, please stop unnecessarily bumping your thread.
