What's with the massive influx of people necro-posting in really old threads?

I've done it before, myself, but it seems like it has been happening a lot lately.

I *suppose* it's a good sign. Maybe they're starting to search their answers before asking.

Right. I'm not talking about 5 months. I've seen a lot from 1-2 years ago. I'm not talking about support requests. These are from the Cafe. It almost seems like it's now the cool thing to necro-post.

I guess there's nothing wrong with it. It's just strange that it's happening so much right now.
