this is the site

check the links on the horizontal mainmenu at the top and the verticle mainmenu
the links works on the vertical mainmenu on the right but not on the mainmenu at the top
and also
im trying to get the front page of the site too look like this

basically just having text in a table format
but id like the text from the whole english section, being visable..
any ideas?
