The response from the ISPA said it all, ISP's can no more inspect packets of data on their networks than the Post Office can open and read every letter they transfer.

nothing to worry about. id be suprised if any ISP does this voluntarily. maybe some of the worse ones will, just to ease the load on their networks. my isp (be (http://www.bethere.co.uk)) has already confirmed that they wont release without a court order.

who downloads unencrypted nowadays anyway?
