After learning PHP on my own, and started to learn VB.net in a course (dont shoot me), I thought to myself: "time to learn a program language I can use on Linux."
After looking for a decent c++ book and not finding one -_-, i found an old book of JAVA 2 in my bookcase that i once bought like years ago. But to complete the book, you need to download allot of extras of a website called JavaBible.com, but guess what. Its offline :-(

Does somebody got a backup of the extras or can somebody point out a good c++ book in English or Dutch?

Thanks for the information, but it is far from perfect.
After mailing the company I found out the sold allot of books to an other publisher.
