Yet Another Small Distro for your using enjoyment.

The pocket sized BSD!

Damn Small BSD (DSBSD) is a small (50mb or less) FreeBSD live-CD desktop environment geared toward developers and system administrators, but we also include applications that the average user may find handy.

If you know Linux command line, you should be able to use BSD command line
You can set up a dual boot with BSD, but not with this CD. It only supports full disk installs.
I don't know about grub but i doubt it.

If you want to try out a full BSD version on a live CD check out DesktopBSD (http://www.desktopbsd.net/index.php?id=31).

Yeah currently the environment is very basic, and it has less commands than busybox. It's does seem promising however, so I'll be sure to keep an eye on this one :D

The best BSD distro I have used is PC-BSD (http://www.pcbsd.org/).

Awesome project overall, I still have PC-BSD (http://www.pcbsd.org/) on an old computer.

The PBI files (http://ubuntuforums.org/www.pbidir.com) are great.

I agree, I am waiting for these guys to switch to a FreeBSD 7.0 base, so that my hardware is better supported.
