Maybe it would help if you defined exactly why you needed it.

There is none yet. But there will be one soon. Kubuntu will release with 2 CD images, one with KDE 3 and one with KDE 4. But right now it's still being setup.

The Hardy final won't be out until April.

How could that possibly make any difference?

To the OP (shafin): Jucato's info is correct.

Will the KDE4 version of Hardy have 4.0.1?

4.0.1 is already in the repos. I think Hardy will release with 4.0.2 since 4.1 is set for a July release.

Can anyone verify this? Will Kubuntu Hardy release with KDE 4.0.2?

KDE 4.0.2 is out now and one of the included features is the ability to configure the size and position of the panel.

Kubuntu Hardy will release two versions: one with KDE 3.5.9 as defaultand another with KDE 4.0.2 (with other KDE 3 apps).

Kubuntu released an Alpha featuring 4.0.1 a few days ago:

And they also announced that 4.0.2 had been added to the repos.
