Uk isp with no throttling/shaping/blocking?

Someone mentioned a uk isp that did a 2meg connection with no throttling at all and I've searched and searched but can't find the post, or the isp.

Can anyone here remember what it was called?

I am not sure about one with a 2meg connection, but I have BE (bethere.co.uk) and they offer 24megs, no throttling, shaping, or blocking and unlimited traffic for 18 pounds.

I don't know, I just checked on their website. Apparently, I can get 24meg broadband where I live, whereas with Sky, I cannot have the true "Sky Broadband" package (I have to use Broadband Connect)

seconded. also no 12 month lockin that you get with most ISPs.

they are also one of the entanet resellers that ibanez mentioned.

All Entanet resellers shape traffic.
Entanet uses an anti loss tool to throttle speeds.

Never had any guff from Virgin I hear their customer service is a bit naff but I've never had to deal with them. Decent speeds which are as advertised, no throttling, no download limits.

Thats because the LLU your exchange will be Be enabled but not Sky/Easynet enabled.
