greetings guys.

just installed e17, running under gnome. but i have a lot of issues like mounting/unmounting volume, how to make it enlightened gnome..etc

may mga links ba kau na alam regarding these...incomplete kasi ang guide ng enlightenment site plus very limited ang questions sa mga forums re: enlightened gnome?

is it worth my time using this e17 thing? ...its pretty pero its taking a lot of my time than when im using just gnome?

thanks.

heh, kulaspiro si smartboyathome ay english lang ;)

anyhow to your question,

is e17 worth trying? yes and it s even worth using in a daily basis already.

should you use it in gnome, more like enlightend gnome? no

not worth the effort, and its kinda pointless imho,

have you tried installing from a third party repo?

nope. i havent tried. like i said i just did a 2 copy/paste command in the terminal following the forum's way (desk top environment sticky)..and its there.
tried ubuntu guide how to, but stalled somewhere . probably connecting to a server..

i cant seem to unmount my ntfs external hd, write/save data in it, plus where did
all the options (administration/preferences) in gnome go? i kinda like the package manager and other stuff in there.. any links where i can learn more about e17?
