Whats a good e-commerce solution that would work with Ubuntu besides Zen-Cart?

Any PHP/MySQL system should work. Zen Cart is one of the better options, but of course there are bazillions of others. It totally depends on what you want/need for your store.

Better yet, is there something that can tie an e-commerece, forum and blog into one?

I would stick with seperate packages, the old saying of jack of all trades, master of none

best opensource ecommerce system (by a mile, i should know i develop esolutions for people) is joomla + virtuemart.

problem is there is a gulf between the current version and the next gen one they are working on. so for now you will have to make do with existing one.
