Mine like to sit on my Router/Modem and on my desk, just like that, giving themselves a good wash:)

It's probably the heat from the screen that attracts them.

Mine attacks mice.

Which is an incentive for using the terminal more.

You might want to have a look at Synergy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synergy_(software)).

Hey, its better than me who has a wet dog who just barrels in from the outside knocking over everything in his path, including your brand new custom build tower.

LOL, me and my gf have three cats. My tabby Frank likes to lay on top of the monitor if we forget to close the computer room's door. Apparently the heat is not too much for her, lol. Other than the monitor they all like to flop beside us when we're using our laptops closest to which ever side the fan vent is, generally putting their face right in front of the vent. Cats are good stuff, but they took away the joy of wearing dark clothing. =[

dont cats hate citrus fruit? U could just make ur keyboard smell like lemons and then it would keep the cat away .... although i dunno how you could do that, maybe grate lemon zest into the space beneath the keys or something

in general, yes. my last cat, though, had to be stopped with tabasco sauce (she was chewing electric cords).

You need PawSense (http://bitboost.com/pawsense/).

That is brilliant. Someone needs to implement an OSS clone of that.

I had that problem once too.

She sat on the print screen button and I didn't notice at first. Ya took the system ten minutes to finally load all the screens and another five to close them again.
It was a painful thing to endure. lol
