For me, there is 155 MB of RAM used on boot up. I have Debian Testing with XFCE.
How about yours? I mainly want to see how I compare with other users.

I boot to 42MB of RAM --> Ubuntu with Awesome Window Manager.

In Arch I boot to 33MB of RAM, with the same window manager and 36 if I boot to Fluxbox instead.

Before I uninstalled GNOME from my Ubuntu installation, I booted to 114MB of RAM, whereas in Arch GNOME booted to much, much less than that.

Wow! How did you get it to have Gnome with only 114 MB of RAM?
