hey guys.

recently i installed Qemu on my computer (using it to virtualize XP).
I was wondering if there is a way where i can get the virtualized XP to recognize the other hard drives in my computer. (I.e. If i make a file in the virtualized XP, then i'd want to save it to my computer, not it's little allocated space.) Is it possible or no?

thanks!

Is there a reason that you want to use qemu? You might want to look at Virtual Box (http://www.virtualbox.org/). It's a lot like vmware, but faster, in my experience, and yeah you can add hard drives, through a gui and all.

One advantage I can think of with qemu is you might not need X, but I'm not sure about that.

As for the hard drives in qemu, idunno.
