[SOLVED] Can't report bugs in Launchpad anymore "Not allowed here"

Strange, when I try to report a bug in Launchpad, I get this:

Not allowed here
Sorry, you don't have permission to access this page.
You are logged in as der_vegi.

This happens, when I try to report a bug manually or via apport.
Has anyone any idea, why? Thanks for the help!

You should probably report this to the launchpad users mailing list and ask there.
