i am downloading this LEGAL torrent right now and is only going at abour 20-30 kb/s, usualy i can get 300-900 kb/s

what do you guys do to speed up your torrents?

It really depends on how many seeds the torrent file has. I can get amazing speed on some heavily seeded torrents yet if there are only a few sources expect it to take a while.
