A stupid mayor of some town named Tuttle in Oklahoma had some problems with his website, he sent emails to centos blaming them with hacking while dismissing their willings to help him.

For 22 years of computer administration, he still hasn't learned much. Heck, when I was 11 I knew more than this guy!
