Ipcop keeps crashing !!

I use ipcop for about a year or more and it has been working day and night.
I was always able to download torrents and have a nice surfing speed.
Just now i started to get realy slow surfing while my torrent only used 60kb.
Icop is making all this problem beacusse it's interface is damn slow when i start downloading torrents.
But i can't find out why the ipcop slows down the number of maximum connections is the same.
Also there is no cpu or memory bottleneck 3% cpu use average !! even when the slow down is there.
I don't have torjans beacusse the only connections i can find are my bit torrent connections.

An idea beacusse i am stuck

I have heard (have not experienced it myself) that bittorrents can fragment even EXT3 and ReiserFS partitions. You might try backing up all of your bittorrent files, deleting them, and then restoring them in an effort to defragment your partition.
