GraphViz - Question

Hey Guys,
Does anybody know how to make graphviz do subscrpts. I googled all over, and did not find how. Any ideas are appreciated.

I went to the website and installed the dot2tex using the ubuntu apt-get install dot2tex. It installed without a hitch. However, when I try to use latex to convert the resulting tex files into pdf, it asks to install a billion packages. Even after I install them I keep getting errors. This would be really useful if I could only get it to work.
