Not strictly Ubuntu related, I know, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I'm looking for a cross-platform (windows/Mac/linux) DVD burner. It doesn't need to do anything fancy with videos or audio, it's just for burning >700mb of data to DVD.
(This is the crunch) It needs to be scriptable, or work from the terminal/command line in windows.
I'm looking to create a script (in Windows first of all) that user can double click on at the end of the day and it'll happily copy information from several folders across the network to a single place & then burn the whole lot to a single DVD.
The data will invariably exceed 700mb, so it'll have to be a DVD.
I have written something like this using Nero, but it's such insane bloatware (I think) these days I don't really want to use it.
Open Source would be great, but I'd be interested in commercial packages as well.
Many thanks all.
