I posted in this thread that I would like to see Firefox listen to Ubuntu theming, specifically in its buttons and form fields: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=418424.

I was made aware a while later that Firefox 3.0 was working on adhering to GTK theming and now I would like to present it to you.

I'm using Firefox 3.0 Beta 3 in Hardy 8.04, Alpha 2.

I'm posting a video capture by XvidCap and compressed by Kino with FFMPEG (dual-pass), posted in .tar.gz format so I can upload it to the forum...

The .png file shows the Ubuntu Forums login with different GTK themes.

(man, I really need to get a blog :P)

I'm certainly enjoying it. I hacked up a theme a while back to get Firefox to look half-decent. Now it does it on its own! (except that I had to make a half-decent GTK theme. ;))

Hm...I haven't checked out your video, but what does it contain? Wouldn't screenshots suffice?

Isn't this old news?

Great! Perfectly right to ask.. I've now posted screenshots.

Sure, I was made aware of this in September, but clearly, not everyone knows.
