I don't know, but I would assume April 18th as well. I'm not a developer so I'm only like 90% confident in that assumption. What I can tell you, is that according to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubuntu_Linux#Releases), support for Breezy Badger (5.10) ended on the 13th which is the same day of the month it was released, but Warty Warthog (4.10) was supported for an additional 10 days after the 18 months. The article also shows that all previous releases had an "End of Life" announcement on the Ubuntu mailing lists in which an exact date was given as the time approached. The best advice I can give is to assume the 18th (same day of the month as a release) and wait until the official End of LIfe announcement for a confirmation.
