Who the best Free Message Board Host?

I am looking for a free message board provider. It needs to be remotely hosted, and allow for photo posts.

I can't host a message board myself because of my current network situation.

Any suggestions?

I like www.forumotion.com, its easy to work with simple and yet you can edit it how ever you want.
