Look out! It's an ellementry school!

I recently set up an account for a buddy of mine on my ftp server and so I went to take a look at my logs and see if he'd been using it. To my surprise I find that for the last month some IP had been trying to log into my ftp server using 'Administrator' and 'Admin', pretty much 24/7. So I had a little laugh, banned the IP, and ran it through nmap to see if I could get a better idea who was being silly at me.

Turns out it's a webserver for an elementary school in Seoul, Korea. This just made me laugh so hard for some reason.

If anyone can read Korean and want to tell these fellows that they have a bot or some such thing running off their server, the web address is:

If I watch Firestarter, every IP that tries to hit me at a high port (like the ones Windows runs some services on) is from China.
