I was recently wondering on the net and i found to my utmost delight that the United States Department Of Defense uses Linux and so does my bank here i SoCal

i welcome them with open arms, im always a big fan of banks, and the us department of defence and me have had our differnces but that more the commanders fault :rolleyes: i welcome them too though

The South African Government has also adopted Linux for the back end servers and infrastructure. The desktops and minor priority servers are all still MS. oh and the SA Government uses SQUID for there proxy's :)

well thats a relief i thought i was being shot down. i love ubuntu it just makes me feel so free. and the games thing doesn't bother me i like old games anyway true gaming is for the consoles anyway [PS2, PSP, GBA, DS, Wii, ect]

Same here, using Linux kinda makes me feel like a revolutionary, Apposing the rulers fighting for freedom all that stuff... Oh wait i am having a moment here...

They can take our Servers, But they will never have our FREEDOMMM!!!!!!!!!!!

Or even better... THIS IS LINUX!!!

I heard something along those lines. apparently the Databases for GMail all sits on Linux Distros, not sure which one though.
