How do I set up personal web server with PHP MySQL on Ubuntu

Ok I've searched for relating threads but I didnt find the answer that I wanted so I made this thread.

What is the best personal webserver packages with php+mysql+phpmyadmin+apache. And how do I get them installed on my linux desktop(step by step please)

I dont have probs doing that on Windows, yeh but since I am new with Linux, I feel like I just started learning computer.
