OK, my cousin is starting a magazine and he doesn't have a template for it yet. Sooooo... I want to make the template for it. Does anyone know a good program for creating magazine templates? Thanks.

You can try Scribus, but I haven't used it for that (just for a newspaper).

In Linux, Scribus is pretty much the only way to go.

I use it to create Full Circle magazine and the past eight issues have had tutorials on using Scribus. If his magazine is CC licensed (and willing to mention Full Circle :) ) then he could probably use our templates (which aren't much).
