Where / How can I get an extremely low power PC (in UK)

I want to set up a firewall (just for fun,more than because I care about experiance) but Im 15, and so cant run PCs 24/7 due to the electricity bills.

SO, Im looking for something I can set up, and run 24/7 (it may also act as a web server at some point as well) which runs on less than 50 watts. Even a P2 with 256MB RAM uses over 150, so a normal old PC is out (although those specs are higher than is needed anyway).

I saw the Linutop, but its ridiculously overpriced, I also looked at a dectop, but shipping is $80 and thats without Taxes!!

I want to spend less than about £60 ($120)

Perhaps and old laptop with a broken screen off ebay? Id still expect that use a fair few watts.

Any Ideas much appreciated.

The Linksys NSLU2 might fit the bill. I have seen prices in the vicinity of $100, it uses very little power and there are instructions on how to replace the OS it came with.

It is sold as a NAS device, but some people actually use it as a web server.

I was initially going to suggest OpenWRT Link Here (http://openwrt.org/). I used an old LinkSys to play about with this and it works a treat. It basically installs an embedded version of Linux onto a router :) There's NO GUI in case some were wondering ;)

Maybe this will fit the bill. No idea on the WATTS used. Mines not on 24/7 I have X10 on some things so it's scripted to shutdown.
