Just as a hobby and to improve my skills I wish to transform the look of Ubuntu as well as add every codec etc. to make it look exactly like Linux XP, the Russian distribution. Can the community guide me for this? I am determined to give time and effort to this project. So please let me know how to do that? Thanks:)
