So I have been listening to the podcast and here is some things I noticed that should be hammered out before the release of #1. First off the sound quality of the podcast could be improved. It is hard to listen to as it sounds like a bad phone connection or something. Also there is some kind of echo going on now and then. Other than that sounds great I love full circle and I think this will be a great addition.

...sounds like a bad phone connection...
Well it is done through Gizmo (http://www.gizmoproject.com/) (a VOIP service) as far as I know. If not I think it might be another VOIP service.

yeah the whole podcast was recorded on Gizmo as a conference call then put through Audacity for cutting and tidying. The sound quality is bad, no doubt about it, but Matthew did the best he could with what he had at hand.
I'm assured that the sound quality will be much better for FCP#1 even if it means using Skype... :D

:( Then we can't say that the whole shabang is made with all open source software...

I know that using Skype for an Ubuntu podcast is a bit controversial, but it's more about pushing out a high quality podcast. If the sound quality is bad, I will know about it the next day.
Linux Outlaws use Skype, the TWiT network uses Skype, so why can't we???
