hello everyone
i am trying to develop an application that would look to construct 3D images from images captured from a webcam. can anyone suggest a language that would help me in the project.
i'm also having trouble in choosing the right webcam as in my country(INDIA) i still haven't found a webcam that is compatible with linux.
