I don't know if anybody has suggested this or if you are in full blown development but here goes.
Do you think you could develop windows versions of all your apps with the same name as they have now that would have complete file compatibility.
This would get windows users accustomed to your apps and make the transition easier and less scary for them when transitioning to Linux.

Just a thought.
Remember the mantra that made Microsoft what it became and then they forgot it.
USER FRIENDLY!

Many of the major preinstalled Ubuntu packages - Firefox, Pidgin, OpenOffice and Gimp, just to name a few - already have Windows versions available.

This is already happening more than you think. A few months ago, I took a vacation trip up to Oregon and bought a MaximumPC magazine at some gas station while some stranger pumped my gas (awkward), but on a CD with the magazine was their top 30 applications bundle, and more than 1/2 of them were windows ports of Open Source applications.

and when KDE4 comes...
most KDE4 programs will work in windows, because you can install the whole KDE4 to windows..
