Physical Photo album, online. Which to use ?

I'm looking for a service which will take my digital photo's and print them in a hard cover book to send to my mother in law. Can you guys suggest such a service ? It's going to Hungary, if that makes any difference. I really like the way Apple does theirs with iPhoto, but don't think that the service is available without iPhoto installed.

I want the book to be hard cover, and have an option of borders and such. And photo quality is a priority over the way the book physically looks I guess, too.
