Okay, wait. I gotta get this joke out of the way:

A Microsoft computer in a car? NO THANKS! I'd be scared my car would crash!
Eeh. Yucky joke...oh wait here's another:

Microsoft technology? Almost as oxymonoric as Microsoft Works!

Okay, I'm done. But anyway, M$ came out with this new thing to voice-control a bluetooth phone, mp3 player, etc. It's supposedly good, if you believe the salesman hype.

I want to know the Linux community's thoughts on this. Do you think M$ might have actually done something right? Do you wonder is people will hack cars now to steal people's (and by that I mean Paris Hilton...anyone remember the last time her phone was hacked?) info on their phone + pics + music (on mp3 players and phones)? Are you liek me and are wondering how long before someone successfully install Linux on it and sets it up to do the same thing as Sync and more?

So, what I'm asking is: What do YOU think?

Crap. Darn me and forgetting to forum-search first. I blame StumbleUpon for keeping me up and breaking my concentration

I think syncing is a very good idea, I'm working on integrating syncing into ubuntu using opensync and conduit; so tell me why this thread was so badly named as to waste my time?
