OGM videos

I have a bunch of OGM files that I want to watch on my DVD player.

Theres two problems:

1) Toast 8 doesn't support OGM so I need a reputable program to convert them to a format it does recognize, such as AVI

2) The videos have Japanese (track 1) and English (track 2) audio tracks. How do I make English the default when I play it on my DVD player?

It's a set of codecs for Quicktime that just might be able to play OGM files.

That's nice but I can already play my videos with VLC. I need something to convert the OGM videos to AVI so I can burn them with Toast 8.
