Seriously, can this (http://www.meritline.com/pqi-i221-16gb-flash-drive-white-with-green.html) really be true?

Anyone ever dealt with this company before to vouch for them? That's an insanely cheap price! And I haven't seen a 16 gig USB flash drive from any of the more reputable companies like SanDisk yet. What gives?

Don't think that's true:

I thought it sounded pretty shady. Whew, I didn't purchase.

Why couldn't it be true? Other than the fact that the specifications are copy/paste for all of the models and it doesn't specifically state in the specs 16 GB, I list that under "new model, old specs" rather than "untrue"...

I've been told all of these 16GB keys are foreign, and they're closer to 6GB or so, and break very quickly.

I bought a Kingston 4GB USB Drive for $15, so why couldn't there be a 16GB one for $110?

Because at this time, no 16GB drives are known to exist for public ownership.

I fall out of the loop for a month and already there are American companies with 16 and 32GB models.

Damn it. :(

It was a one-day deal on circuitcity.com. I found out about it from slickdeals.net
