Windows/Linux Server Maintanece

Are there any good guides or reads on server maintainece for Windows Server 2003 or Linux Servers? Google gives me a bunch of results for classes that microsoft would like me to take, and I don't really have the Micosoft $.

Are you in America? If so check out a Barnes and Noble sometime. Most of the ones I've been to have a nice selection of books. Best of all you can just go in and read them... for free! Find some that you like and buy them eventually.
