Help me.........................Fedora8 KDE i686

I have downloaded the fedora 8 KDE i686 Live CD. Booted from the CD. The first Kernel booting part goes fine then there come that press 'I' for interactive menu. After that the monitor get turns off after also about 20 to 25 mins nothing happens and monitor is turned off. If i press Ctrl+Alt+Del nothing happens. My PC configuration is:
Intel Pentium 4 (1.6 Ghz)
Intel i845 Motherboard
393 mb SD-RAM
NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Video Card

Please help me how do i try the Live CD, also is the selection of Live CD correct seems to form the FEDORA documentation. Help me.............................
