Is art.ubuntu.com down?

So is it or is my school blocking it? I usually get a message if it is blocked, but I've been trying for days and I am still getting:
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at art.ubuntu.com.

It's been attacked, and has been taken down. The artwork team is planning to redesign and relaunch it.

By malicious people. As far as I know, it was hosted externally, not by Canonical.
