'lo forum! :)
I now vim-latexsuite for all my lecture notes, and I want to insert into my documents the current date formatted like so:
Monday 8th week MT, 10am.
The week number isn't a standard ISO week number, it's the week number of term (which I would have-code into the program). MT is short for Michaelmas term, which I'd probably also have to hard-code in.
Secondly, I store my lectures in my Evolution calendar (which is an ugly hack...) and I want to use a program to look-up what lecture is currently going on, and insert the name of the lecturer, the title of the lecturer and the category (subject) of the lecture from my calendar in the latex file. Ideas? I'm hoping to base it off this: http://pastebin.com/f71fa479c
