if you're using the US meaning of dinner then that would be 7pm
as for the british meaning of dinner that would be 12.25pm

I normally have classes at my university up to 11pm, so I normally have dinner at about 11:30. However, on weekends I eat a little earlier, about 9.
Now I'm hungry!!!!!!

For me to eat dinner two conditions must be met:

It must be between 19:30-22:30
I must be hungry (note that I have to be significantly hungrier if I also have to make the food)

:D

Here is how it happens when it is time to eat dinner in our home.

My wife says "It's ready" one or two times depending on what I am doing of course.

I go out to the kitchen and she says "Dish up"

I dish up and go into the living room and have to wait 5 to 10 minuites so it will cool down. Yep right from the pan to the mouth... Hot! Too hot to eat. a couple of comercials and it is ready to eat.

wow there is more variation than I expected at least so far. i can't believe the most popular vote is 6 PM; actually, I can understand (Americans!)

It varies greatly for me, actually. I eat as early as 5PM to as late at 10PM. Since I'm in college, my classes mess up my dinner schedule. :( I also eat dinner whenever I am hungry, so I don't really have a set time. :)

What is the Warrior Diet?

http://www.warriordiet.com/

It is a lifestyle (not a "diet') that is aimed at health and activity.

It is a very natural way of eating for the most part and undoes the "modern" way of living.

Is this so tele-marketers know when to call? I haven't had a home phone in about 8 years because of them.
