When I installed Ubuntu on my desktop I announced to the world that I am officially a Penguin-man. My girlfriend who calls me a penguin because of the way I supposedly walk (and slight tummy I might add) couldn't agree more.
To place the cherry on top of the penguin cake, I am actively hunting a stuffed penguin. Of course not any penguin would work, it must be a Tux lookalike, both on the species and the attitude.
I looked around the web, with first stop at ThinkGeek (which sells, but doesn't stock at the moment) and also have been to every toy store in my little town, to no avail.

Any pointers to where one can track down and capture that black&white feathered creature?

eBay thingy (http://cgi.ebay.com/Linux-Tux-The-Penguin-stress-Toy_W0QQitemZ230193420664QQihZ013QQcategoryZ10817Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)

I got one of those from my g/f for my birthday, not sure if they're easy to find elsewhere I just know she got it on eBay, there's a few more if you search "Tux Stress toy"

You could make your own, or get someone else to do it:

Alternatively try:

Good luck on your penguin hunt. I still have my stuffed Tux doll from an old LinuxMall.com purchase. He's been a real friend on those nights when all I have is a command prompt and a blinking cursor. ;)

(FYI, the site is now called cheapbytes.com (http://shop.cheapbytes.com/cgi-bin/cart/1000010003.html?id=zHwmp5fQ), apparently, and they're still selling the stuffed penguin doll for about $8.00.)

Thank you guys.
Get Digital.de and that ebay link seem to be my best choices since I live in Europe (the weak dollar is tempting but the shipping is not).
Now, I can have one to love and hug and squeeze and...
